Taekwondo

Taekwondo is derived from many different arts. Modern Taekwondo is a blend of sport and tranditional aspects. At Wolfpak we strive to create a mixture of both. In the sport aspect we train in both Olympic style and point style sparring.

     A-Team
     A one hour class developed for special needs
     children and their families. This class teaches basic
     Taekwondo skills with an emphasis on self esteem, self
     control, coordination, and motor skill development.

     Timber Wolves
     Ages 6 thru 12. 45 min class 2 times per week.
     Designed to transition our Cub Class students into our
     regular Taekwondo classes.

     Cub Class
     Ages 3, 4 & 5. 30 min class 2 times per week. Designed
     to give the basics of Taekwondo in a relaxed setting
     in preperation for regular classes.

Hapkido
Hapkido is a dynamic and eclectic Korean martial art. It is a form of self-defense that employs joint locks, pressure points, throws, kicks, and other strikes. Hapkido practitioners train to counter the techniques of other martial arts as well as common unskilled attacks.

Sword Class

Wolfpak Sword Class combines Koryo Gumdo, Burmese Bando, Chinesse Broadsword, European Longsword, and various other styles of sword training. Koryo Gumdo is the base of our training. Koryo Gumdo is the Korean art of swordsmanship.
Presas Arnis
Presas Arnis is a system of the Filipino fighting arts. It was created by combining the styles of the late Presas brothers Remy A. Presas & Ernesto Presas. Always changing yet always the same. For those that train in Arnis check out our Proshop for our Handmade American Hardwood Training Knifes.

Cardio
Loose Weight, Feel Great!!! Sharla O'Keeffe leads the Cardio Crew in high energy workouts. Cardio uses martial arts movements for a total body work out !
Strength & Stretch
This class is for all ages and fitness levels. The movements in this class are choreographed to all types of music. Strength & Stretch incorporates weights, exertubes, and stability balls, plus your body's own resistance for an effective strength workout.

Tai Chi
Tai Chi is an internal martial art that was created thousands of years ago in China. It is based off of Qigong which has origins dating back to the Shaolin Temple. Tai Chi promotes good health and longevity.
Yoga
     Yogafit-inspired
     YogaFit-inspired, mixed level, Vinyasa (flow) Yoga class.
     Based on the ancient fitness science of Hatha Yoga,
     the class blends balance, strength, flexibility and
     breath in a fitness format.

     Hatha Yoga
     This is a slow paced stetching class which utilizes
     breathing exercises and seated meditation.
     This is a good lace to learn basic poses, relaxtion
     techniques, and become comfortable with yoga.

"Ditch the Workout - Join the PARTY!!!"Working's never been known to be much fun UNTIL NOW! ZumbaŽ Latin Dance-Fitness fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. This class is for ages 12 & Up and all fitness levels.
