Pilates Strength & Stretch
This class is for all ages and fitness levels. The movements in this class are choreographed to all types of music.
Pilates strength & stretch incorporates weights, exertubes, and stability balls, plus your body's own resistance for an effective strength workout. Our focus will be good technique, to strengthen our core, major and minor muscle groups in our arms and legs, and to increase our flexibility overall. Modifications will be shown for all strength and flexibility levels. This is a one hour class.
Mon/Wed 9-10am or Tues/Thurs 6-7am
